ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

• Arrivals are possible after 15:00. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us about that at least one day ahead. An early arrival is possible if the chalet is vacant one day prior to your arrival and if we agree on this in advance.
• Departures are scheduled up until 10:00.

ON CHECK-OUT

• Make sure that the dishes are washed and stored in the drawers.
• Clean up the apartment and take the garbage out.
• Any damage caused by negligence or arrogance will be charged.
• Thank you for being our guest. You are welcome again at your next opportunity.

GENERAL

Dear guests,
to enable you the best comfort and relaxation in our apartments, please, observe some of our house rules. 

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but only on the balcony!
• Pets are also not allowed!
• Please, consider the apartment to be a peaceful environment, so please keep peace and order between 22:00 and 6:00.
• The apartment was completely cleaned prior to your arrival, therefore, please use your own slippers or those provided by us.
• The apartment is fully equipped: bed linen, towels, kitchenware, amenities and the basic food necessities like: salt, pepper, oil and homemade vinegar. A sponge, detergent and kitchen towels are provided for cleaning. For cleaning the floor, you can use all the cleaning accessories and detergents that are also provided inside the apartment.
• You are also provided with bathroom amenities like toilet paper, soap and waste bags.
• Please, consider environmental saving principles when using water and towels.
• Tap water at the house is drinkable.
• The apartment also has a dishwasher and appropriate dishwasher detergent.
• We are environmentally friendly, so, please, separate waste.
